Junior Cutter & Video Editor (m/w/d)

We accompany more than 60 renowned companies, including brands like Deutsche Bahn, KFC or SharkNinja, in the implementation of Social-Media-Marketing campaigns with a focus on growth, performance and measurable impact.

Our main focus lies on Short-Form-Video-Content (9:16) for Social Media, UGC and Influencer campaigns.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Junior Cutter / Video Editor for Short Form Content, who has a passion to enter the world of professional short-form videos and develop professionally and personally.

Tasks

• You support in editing Short-Form-Videos (9:16) for Social Media.
• You cut content for UGC-Ads, Influencer-Content and organic Social-Posts.
• You work with existing raw material and set clear cutting and style guidelines.
• You support in adapting videos for various platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Meta).
• You work closely with Creative Strategy, Project Management and Performance Teams together.
• You take over more responsibility step by step for your own videos and sub-projects.

Qualification

• First practical experience in the field of Video Editing / Cutting (e.g. work student, internship, own projects, Social Media).
• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Interest in Social Media, Short-Form Trends and Creator Content.
• Structured, reliable working style and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of timing, dynamics and clean cutting.
• Communication in German is secure, English is an advantage.
