(Junior) Customer Success Manager:in (m/w/d)
Job description
mika makes bookkeeping easy for small and medium-sized enterprises: AI takes care of the tedious work, our team ensures everything runs smoothly. We're growing quickly, now supporting several hundred customers, which is why we're looking for reinforcement in Customer Success.
You're not just a third-level support agent in a call center, but from day one you're the voice that our customers hear. You work closely with a small, honest team and have real influence on how mika develops further.
You're the first point of contact for our customers and ensure no one feels left behind. You accompany new customers through the onboarding process until they reach their first 'aha' moment – and take over your own stable customer base over time. Besides, you have a good eye for what can be improved in our processes, and you get to work implementing those changes.
Aufgaben
Your Tasks
- New customers through the Onboarding process, from initial setup to confident use of the platform
- First point of contact for questions, feedback, and minor issues, via chat, email, or call
- Ensure the pipeline runs smoothly and customers always know what's next
- Identify patterns: Where do customers repeatedly get stuck? What's missing in the onboarding flow? What can be automated?
- Take ownership of a Project, such as expanding the knowledge base, optimizing onboarding, or testing new workflows
- Carry the customer voice directly into the team, interface with Accounting, Product, and Founder
Qualifikation
What you bring
- First experience in customer contact, whether CS, support, account management, or a workshop activity with customer empathy
- A basic understanding of bookkeeping or tax topics, a business administration background or a vocational training in accounting is sufficient; the rest we'll teach you
- Clear and empathetic communication (written and verbal), on German and English (fluent, approximately B2)
- Structured thinking: You don't just see individual problems but the process behind them
- A Hands-on- and solution-oriented mentality: You'd rather come with an idea than a problem and get things done easily
- Pleasure in being part of a rapidly growing startup and bringing your own ideas to the table
Benefits
- 100% Remote in Germany/Austria, where you work is irrelevant (Berlin for team events is a nice-to-have, not a must)
- Flexible working hours, no rigid 9-to-5, but trust and self-responsibility
- A genuine development perspective: We grow quickly, and those who prove themselves grow with us
- A small, collegiate team where you can support each other
- A product that genuinely solves a problem and the chance to actively shape it
Sounds like you? Then we're looking forward to your application!
A comprehensive CV is sufficient; no lengthy cover letter is needed.
