We at Pronux have been developing PROPLAN, an established software solution for planning and controlling complex construction projects, for over 15 years. Our customers belong to the leading companies in the construction industry — and that's where you come in.

AI is a crucial tool for us in our daily work and helps us automate recurring processes. For our growing Customer-Success team, we're looking for people with energy, innovation spirit, and genuine drive. Aufgaben

Your Mission:

As a Junior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d), you will support our customers in maximizing the potential of PROPLAN and successfully implementing modern project management. You'll learn how digital project management works in the construction industry — and shape this actively with us. You'll work closely with our Software Engineering team to translate customer feedback into real product improvements.

You'll be working on:

• You enable our customers to successfully and sustainably use PROPLAN in their projects
• You accompany customers during the introduction, optimization, and further development of their processes with PROPLAN
• You support customers in building efficient and digital project management & automating processes using AI
• You recognize potential and develop new approaches together with the team to excite customers
• You actively participate in marketing and communication measures, e.g., by preparing customer feedback and market demands

Qualifikation

You should bring:

• A completed degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a comparable field of study
• Communication strength, initiative, and enthusiasm to take on responsibility
• Pasión for innovation, growth, and new ideas
• Ideal first experiences with software, SaaS, or project management
• Affinity to the construction industry from an advantage
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
