(Junior) Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Customer Support: You support our customers via phone and email (no sales).
• Product & Service Consulting: You consult our customers competently on the products and services of PIN AG.
• Order Management: You process orders and service requests and ensure a smooth order processing through internal coordination.
• Complaint Management: You take up incoming complaints and process them structured and solution-oriented.
• Service Development: You analyze our services and lead measures for continuous customer satisfaction improvement.

Qualification

• Experience: You already have experience in telephone customer support (Inbound and/or Outbound).
• Communication: You enjoy exchanging with customers, communicate clearly and service-oriented, and like to phone.
• Technology & Tools: You feel comfortable handling digital tools and work routine with Windows-Office applications.
• Languages: You can express yourself very well in German – verbally as well as written.
• Work Style: You work independently, take responsibility, and actively bring yourself into the team.
• Flexibility: You remain calm even with higher workload and adapt to new situations easily.
