Junior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) | Munich

You don't just want to edit tickets, but really understand our product and take on medium-term responsibility for your own B2B customers?

You start in operational customer support to get to know our SaaS solution, our customers, and our processes in detail. Based on this foundation, you'll develop step by step towards a Customer Success Manager.

Tasks

Our goal is to build Customer Success Managers primarily from within the support team.

Phase 1 (~12 months): Mastering the product

• You'll work in 1st and 2nd level support, handling customer inquiries structured and solution-oriented
• You'll become a product expert for our cloud software in the area of car sharing and fleet management

Phase 2: Taking on responsibility

• After successful support phase, you'll take on medium-term responsibility for your own existing customers
• You'll accompany onboarding processes and training sessions
• You'll recognize optimization potential at customer level and support strategic account development

Qualification

• First experience in support, SaaS environment, or a customer-oriented role
• Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for software in-depth understanding
• Structured, analytical working style
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Motivation to develop long-term towards Customer Success
