Junior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) | Munich

You start in operational customer support to get to know our SaaS solution, our customers, and our processes in detail. Based on this, you'll develop step by step towards a Customer Success Manager.

Tasks

Our goal is to build Customer Success Managers primarily from within the support team.

Phase 1 (~12 months): Master the product

• You'll work in 1st and 2nd level support and handle customer inquiries structured and solution-oriented
• You'll become a product expert for our cloud software in the area of car sharing and fleet management

Phase 2: Take on responsibility

• After successful support phase, you'll take on medium-term responsibility for your own existing customers
• You'll accompany onboarding and training
• You'll recognize optimization potential at customers and support strategic account development

Qualification

• First experience in support, SaaS environment, or in a customer-oriented role
• Technical understanding and joy in thoroughly exploring software
• Structured, analytical working style
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Motivation to develop long-term towards Customer Success
