Junior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) - KI & Construction Tech

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Flexxter. The construction industry is one of the largest economic sectors in the world – and it's on the verge of its biggest upheaval ever. We're driving this change forward by developing AI-powered construction management software that helps contractors, architects, and real estate developers automate complex projects and steer them more efficiently.

We're not a slow-moving conglomerate, but an agile tech company from Hannover. To manage our growth, we're looking for someone who's excited to make our B2B customers successful and dive deep into the world of SaaS and AI.

Aufgaben

You're not in a call center, but the strategic partner of our users. Your goal: Our customers should understand and love our functions and product.

• Onboarding & Consulting: You accompany new customers (architects, construction managers, contractors) at the start and show them how Flexxter digitalizes their processes.
• Customer Success: You're proactive. You don't just wait for questions, but go to our customers to ensure they're using the full potential of the software.
• Problemlöser: When things get stuck, you're the first point of contact (via chat, email or video call) and find quick solutions.
• Produkt-Mitgestaltung: You're the ear on the market. The feedback you collect flows directly into the development of our new features.

Qualifikation

We're looking for personality and the right attitude for great success, not flawless life stories.

• Digital Mindset: You get excited about new technologies, apps, and AI. You don't have to be able to program, but understand how software works.
• Kommunikationstalent: You strike the right tone – whether you're talking to a tech-savvy architect or a pragmatic construction manager.
• Struktur: Even if three customers want something at the same time, you keep your cool head.
• Background: A degree (BWL, building, architecture, communication) is helpful, but not necessary. As a non-traditional candidate, you're welcome if you learn quickly.
• Sprache: You speak and write excellent German and have good English skills
