Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

You don't just want to process tickets, but really understand our product and take responsibility for your own B2B customers in the medium term?

You will start in operational customer support to get to know our SaaS solution, our customers, and our processes in detail. On this basis, you will develop step by step towards becoming a Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities

Our goal is to build Customer Success Managers preferably internally from support.

Phase 1 (~12 months): Master the Product

• You work in 1st and 2nd level support and process customer inquiries in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You will become a product expert for our cloud software in the area of car sharing and fleet management

Phase 2: Take Responsibility

• After successful completion of the support phase, you will gradually take over your own existing customers
• You will accompany onboarding processes and training sessions
• You will identify optimization potential with customers and support the strategic development of accounts

Qualifications

• Initial experience in support, SaaS environment, or in a customer-oriented role
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of delving into software in detail
• Structured, analytical way of working
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Motivation to develop long-term towards Customer Success
