We democratize knowledge and access to institutional investment using innovative technologies, tested financial knowledge, and exclusive strategies that were previously only available to institutional investors (Family Offices) with +200 million euros minimum capital.

What awaits you

• You support our customers with questions about platform, processes, and trading workflows.
• You identify and pass on customer feedback to improve the user experience.
• You create support documentation and shorter help articles/FAQs.
• You work closely with the Support, Coaching, and Analysis teams and actively supports the team.

Qualifikation

What you should bring

• You have 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in coaching and customer support through training, internships, or similar activities.
• You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• You have taken on responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You took things without hesitation, were result-oriented, and quickly implemented them.
• You learn and develop yourself eagerly, whether in your job, the sector you work in, but also privately! You seek proactive feedback. While keeping an eye on team success.
• You have very good analytical and structural skills to think through scenarios ahead of time. What you thought through, you structured accordingly.
