(Junior) Customer Success Manager - Accountable Banking (m/w/d) (remote)

We enable freelancers to easily settle their taxes with our intelligent mobile app - without bureaucracy and forms. Our goal is to make the future of self-determined work a reality. Behind Accountable stands an international team that works with great enthusiasm & fun towards this big goal, as well as renowned investors.
With the launch of Accountable Banking, we offer our users even more! A free business account that automatically sets aside money for taxes, allows you to pay invoices and expenses directly from the app, and much more.
Our Accountable Banking Customer Success Team works on making freelancers not only worry-free about taxes but also keep an overview of their finances. Our focus lies on simple usability through modern UX/UI and outstanding customer support. The feedback from our users spurs us every day, for example, through feedback like this:
"Just WOW! Super easy to use and the complex tax world made understandable. Could upload all invoices with just a few clicks and then send them to the relevant authority. You've gained a fan"
Objectives & KPIs
- You actively contribute to the economic success of Accountable Banking.
- You help optimize workflows that lead to the success of Accountable Banking.
- You support the design of internal and external processes.
Aufgaben
- As part of the Customer Success Team for Accountable Banking Germany, you are in direct customer communication to support our users.
- You act as an interface between our users and our banking partner.
- You develop your own ideas & concepts for user communication and implement them after consultation.
- You work with our colleagues in Berlin/Brussels on the further development of user communication.
- You help with continuous testing that improves our user journeys in the mobile & web app.
- You work closely with our Marketing & Product Teams to ensure a perfect customer journey.
Qualifikation
- A completed degree or training, or relevant professional experience
- You are an open type and have strong communication skills and the right amount of empathy.
- You have a strong intuition and can easily put yourself in our German users' shoes.
- You bring "Hands on Mentalität" and initiative, you're motivated and think result-oriented.
- You are interested in self-employment and everything that comes with it. Ideally, you have already gained some experience in this area.
- You master the German language error-free in writing and speech and can express yourself well. You also feel at home in Business English.
- You enjoy working in a growing, highly motivated startup and are happy to actively contribute your work to our company.
