Junior Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)

Are you enthusiastic about direct customer contact and want to develop your skills in customer service? For our client in Regensdorf, we are looking for a service-oriented and motivated individual as Junior Customer Service Representative 100% (m/w/d).

- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- Supporting order processing and handling
- Tracking shipments and handling complaints
- Collaboration with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and updating customer data
Profile - Completed vocational training or first experience in customer service
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of CRM systems a plus
- Excellent German language skills, English or French a plus
- Communicative, solution-oriented, and team-friendly personality
