We are selecting a resource for the role of Junior Customer Care, a central figure for managing customers who will be supported by colleagues and peers to ensure precise, timely, and customer-oriented service. Your responsibilities: - Support the management of assigned client portfolio, offering commercial support and technical consulting - Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure correct execution of orders - Enter and monitor orders through ERP system - Maintain proactive and transparent communication with customers, reporting any critical issues Requirements: - Experience, including internships, in commercial or customer service roles - Excellent knowledge of the English language (knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus) - Ability to work in teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously - Precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation - Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic contexts - Strong commercial attitude and customer-oriented - Do you want to join a company that values talent and offers real opportunities for growth?
