Junior CRM Specialist - Bucharest (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Junior CRM Specialist to join an international company and contribute to the implementation and administration of the CRM platform at a local level.

Location: Bucharest, Timpuri Noi area

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Work arrangement: Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week at the office)

Contract: Fixed term 12 months

The role is suitable for an analytical, organized, and technology-oriented person who wishes to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multiple internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the implementation of the CRM platform (Salesforce/OMNIS) in Romania, in collaboration with local and international teams.

• Daily administration and updating of data in the CRM.

• Creation of reports and analyses to identify business trends and opportunities.

• Providing user support and resolving basic platform-related requests.

• Organizing and conducting user training sessions.

• Promoting best practices regarding CRM usage and data quality.

• Collaboration with multiple departments to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Completed university studies in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

• ADVANTAGE - Approximately 2-3 years of experience in using or administering CRM solutions

• Advanced English language proficiency.

• Very good Microsoft Excel knowledge.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work closely with people
