We are looking for a CRM and MarTech expert who will advise our customers on the best sales-, marketing- and CRM processes.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks:

• Technical Implementation: You take responsibility for implementing and configuring HubSpot- and Dynamics CRM-platforms tailored to the needs of our customers.
• Process Optimization: You translate customer requirements into customized CRM processes and optimize their marketing-, sales- and service workflows.
• Automated Processes & Efficiency Improvement: You develop and implement automated processes that help our customers increase efficiency in areas such as campaign management, lead generation and reporting.
• Trainings & Support: You support the marketing- and sales teams of our customers and ensure that the solutions are used optimally.
• Innovation: You stay up-to-date with the latest trends regarding HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and corresponding 3rd-party integrations.

Qualification

What You Bring:

• Practical Experience in Digital Marketing: You have already worked in a consulting or specialist role, ideally in the agency field or IT consulting.
• Fundamental CRM Knowledge: You are familiar with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce and Dynamics and can use them efficiently.
• Communication Strength: You can communicate complex concepts clearly and understandably in both German and English.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: You have a good sense for business developments and can create convincing presentations.
• Technical Understanding: You understand technologies quickly and are able to master our technology stack. Programming knowledge is advantageous but not necessarily required.

Your Profile:

• You bring a solutions-oriented and pragmatic thinking approach.
• Complex technical topics excite you, and you find or develop innovative solutions.
• You work structured, independently and enjoy analyzing and data-driven working.
• You take on responsibility and appreciate seeing the bigger picture while still maintaining an eye for details.
