You have initial experience in the affiliate, eCommerce, creator, or social media environment and want to take on your own responsibility now? As a Junior Creator Manager for TikTok Shop Manager, you will build and expand creator communities. Your focus: scaling.

The Task

Creator Sourcing & Onboarding

• You will build and scale the TikTok Shop affiliate network for your clients.
• You will identify and recruit new creators monthly who fit the brand, target audience, and product.
• You will keep an eye on the top creators per client and ensure they perform long-term.
• You will manage the onboarding process: from the initial contact and contract processing to the first posting.
• You will develop a sense for which creator fits which brand and which does not.

Creator Management & Communication

• You will be the point of contact for multiple affiliates simultaneously, maintain relationships, and provide clear feedback.
• You will create briefs that not only inform creators but truly activate them.
• You will coordinate content productions and ensure output quality and timelines.

Campaign Management

• You will plan, set up, and analyze campaigns for your clients.
• You will select products for campaigns and manage sample logistics.
• You will translate viral TikTok Shop hits into your campaigns.

Performance & Optimization

• You will consistently track the performance of your creators (GMV, affiliate sales) and understand what the numbers mean.
• You will derive measures, continuously optimize the creator setup, and scale what works.
• You will bring your learnings into the team in a structured manner and develop new standards together with us.

You

• Initial experience in affiliate, creator management, UGC, or a related marketing field (internships and working student positions count).
• Ideally, experience in a fast-growing environment or a marketing agency.
• Genuine interest in TikTok, social commerce, and the question of how creator commerce works (TikTok Shop prior knowledge is not necessary).
• Organizational talent: You maintain an overview even when managing multiple creators, brands, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills: You can speak with creators at eye level and with clients professionally.
• Data affinity: You enjoy working with numbers and use them to make better decisions.
• Hands-on mentality: You don't wait for instructions, you jump in.
• You speak fluent German.
