And we're looking for a Junior Creative Strategist (m/w/d) for Meta & TikTok Ads:

Aufgaben

• You research target groups, competitors, and trends and translate these insights into strong Copy
• You write convincing, performance-oriented Copy for Video- and Static Ads
• You're bursting with creative ideas and always bring the latest Trends to the table
• You develop Hooks, Scripts, and Ad Concepts and try out new approaches again and again
• You analyze the Performance of your Creatives based on relevant KPIs and lead concrete improvements from there
• You work closely with our Creative Strategists, Creators, and Designers to bring our customers to the next level

Qualifikation

• You already have experience (ca. 1-2 years) in Copywriting, ideally in Performance-Marketing or Social-Media environment
• You know Direct Response Copywriting and are enthusiastic about Sales Psychology
• You understand why Copy works and deal with Buying-Psychology, Hooks, and Sales Logic – you want to master this craft
• You work analytically and structurally deep into target groups and know how to excite them for a product
• You're a Social Media Nerd, familiar with every Trend, and know how to adapt it for yourself.
• You work data-based and are willing to get involved in the Ads Manager of the platforms Meta and TikTok
• You're organized, eager to learn, and want to develop your skills professionally quickly
