Junior Creative Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

Guadalajara, MX | Hybrid At Virtualizen, we’re looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Junior Creative Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts across content, video, and social media. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating, learning, and growing alongside evolving tools and technologies in a fast-paced B2B tech environment. What you’ll do: Create and design visual assets and social content using Canva as a starting point , with the flexibility to work with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other creative tools. Develop and maintain our brand’s visual identity across all marketing channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns that drive results. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content creation. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives. Provide support in creating and editing written content (blog posts, social media posts, etc.).
