Please note: The position is fixed-term until December 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

YOUR MISSION AS (JUNIOR) COUNTRY MANAGER DACH (M/F/D) AT LILLYDOO

• You will develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies that support our business goals and drive brand awareness and growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
• You will monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve your KPIs.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stay up-to-date on all relevant topics.
• You will be actively involved in Profit-and-Loss (P&L) management for the DACH region and continuously develop ideas to further advance the business.
• You will conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the DACH market.
• You will keep a close eye on our competitors, their products, and their marketing activities.
• You will contribute both creatively and analytically.
• You will work closely with the sales team to develop compelling marketing plans for our retail partners – offline and online.

Job Requirements

YOUR SKILLSET

• A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a comparable qualification.
• Initial practical experience in marketing gained through relevant internships or one to two years in an initial marketing role.
• Native or near-native German proficiency (C2).
• Confident English skills (C1 or higher) – English is our company language and the language we work in daily.
• You have lived in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland for several years and know the market from your own experience.
• You enjoy working with numbers and in analytical contexts.
• Talent for multitasking, a creative mindset, and strong communication skills.
• You are a team player and also enjoy taking on projects with personal responsibility.
