Do you want to actively contribute to this success story?

Aufgaben

• You create target-group-oriented marketing materials (flyers, infographics, icons, social media assets, landing pages, etc.) for our diverse channels – offline and online.
• You design high-quality designs for the exterior and interior of fitness studios – from the first draft to professional retouching.
• You implement marketing materials according to our Corporate Design Framework and adapt these, including retouching and production processing.
• Bildrecherche, Bildkonzeption, and Bildbearbeitung are part of your tasks as well as developing and implementing new ideas.
• You bring your creative impulses into new campaigns – from the idea to planning to realization.
• You work closely with our Team Lead Design as a mentor and sparring partner and are part of a motivated design team with flat hierarchies.
• You take on small projects and participate in exciting interdisciplinary projects.
• You use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney) or are motivated to integrate them into your workflows to make them more efficient and creative.
• In addition, you have the opportunity to shape existing internal design and production processes by using AI tools to optimize them and actively contribute to efficiency gains in the team.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in graphic design, communication design, or media design or equivalent training.
• You have already gained experience in an agency or the creative department of a company.
• You work confidently with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva, and common MS-Office programs and Google Suite.
• You are creative, trend-conscious, and find innovative solutions for visual communication.
• You have already gained experience in designing web and print media and are familiar with color palettes, retouching, and proofing.
• You work structured, independently, and carefully.
• Designing digital and animated media is your thing, and simple HTML/CSS knowledge for embedding graphics is an advantage.
• You're interested in using AI in the design process or have already completed projects with AI tools.
• You possess very good German language skills (C1 or higher) for secure communication within the team and with external partners.
