(Junior) Controller:in Holding | International

Our client, an internationally operating corporate group with its headquarters in the district of Mödling (NÖ), offers you the opportunity to become part of a competence team that is networked worldwide. In this role, you will regularly be in contact with colleagues from China and the USA, among others, and can actively bring your international mindset into play. You will work closely with a young leadership figure who will accompany you as a mentor and support your personal and professional development. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing financial planning and control processes for the group's subsidiaries in various countries; • Analyzing and evaluating financial data from different regions and providing recommendations for improvement; • Collaborating with local management teams to develop and implement strategies for their respective markets; • Identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities for the group's international operations; • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including investors, banks, and other key partners. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, finance, accounting); • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning and control, preferably in an international environment; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
