(Junior) Controller (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• You take over the comprehensive and value-oriented management of business units, which includes GuV, balance sheet, cash flow and controlling measures.
• You accompany and coordinate the creation of annual company planning as well as intermediate forecasts and medium-term plans throughout the year.
• You work on the further development of existing controlling approaches and instruments and strive for continuous improvements in internal processes.
• You lead independent financial special projects in consultation with management.
• You are responsible for preparing monthly and annual closings in collaboration with the accounting team, analyze and comment on business development for the management board.

Qualifikation

• You have successfully completed a master's degree in business administration or a comparable study with a focus on controlling and finance.
• You have already gained initial professional experience in the field of controlling/finance, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Your work style is characterized by structure and hands-on mentality. You are also a team player with an open personality and enjoy learning about new topics and understanding complex processes.
• Your analytical skills are strongly developed, and you master the interpretation of data and information as well as their clear and logical presentation.
• You have excellent Excel skills and are able to quickly adapt to new systems, such as SAP Business One or Lucanet.
