Junior Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Junior Controller as part of direct placement for an established mid-sized company.

The position is suitable for candidates with first professional experience in controlling, as well as those with relevant internships or work student activities. A change from financial accounting is also possible if there are already touchpoints with controlling themes present.

Tasks

• SUPPORT IN THE CREATION OF BUDGET PLANS AND FORECASTS PREPARATION AND ANALYSIS OF MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND YEARLY REPORTINGS
• IMPLEMENTATION OF COST ANALYSES AS WELL AS ECONOMIC AND VARIANCE CALCULATIONS
• FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF COST AND PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTING
• CREATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF PRODUCT AND OFFERING CALCULATIONS
• SUPPORT IN IMPROVING BUSINESS-ECONOMIC CONTROL TOOLS
• ANALYSIS OF KEY FIGURES AS WELL AS DERIVATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ACTION COOPERATION WITH VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND TEAM LEADERSHIP

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A BUSINESS STUDIES PROGRAM OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION
• FIRST PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN CONTROLLING, FOR EXAMPLE THROUGH PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, INTERNSHIPS, OR WORK-STUDENT ACTIVITIES
• ALTERNATIVELY EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING WITH FIRST TOUCHPOINTS IN CONTROLLING
• GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF SAP IDEALLY FIRST EXPERIENCES WITH POWER BI
• ANALYTICAL THINKING AS WELL AS NUMERACY
• UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS-ECONOMIC RELATIONSHIPS AND PROCESSES
• STRUCTURED, INDEPENDENT, AND RELIABLE WORK STYLE COMMUNICATION STRENGTH AND TEAM CAPABILITIES
