Junior Controller (m/f/d)

You want to learn controlling not just theoretically, but actively participate in analysis, planning, and decision-making processes? In this position, you will support the Finance Team on central controlling and FP&A topics and receive a comprehensive insight into financial management, planning, and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Support in creating financial analyses and deriving insights for management decision-making.
• Care of accounting-related topics and support in preparing reports and presentations for the Management and Shareholder meetings.
• Support in budget planning, financial planning, and regular forecast updates.
• Participation in developing and maintaining financial KPIs and dashboards for data-based decision-making.
• Collaboration on financial models (balance sheet, income statement, and liquidity planning) as well as their continuous development.
• Cooperation with tax and accounting consultants in preparing annual statements and other accounting-related questions.
• Participation in building and developing internal financial and controlling processes in close cooperation with technical and administrative teams.

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• First professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, Audit, Consulting, or a comparable financial position.
• Ideal candidate has first-hand experience with the energy sector or a strong interest in building expertise in this area.
• Solid understanding of financial models and annual statements as well as motivation to deepen these knowledge.
• Structured and reliable work style, self-responsibility for tasks, and joy in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
