Page Personnel The resource will be inserted within the Finance Department, and as a business partner for Operations (Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service) and Production functions. It will be responsible for the following activities: - Controlling and reconciling invoices from brands in distribution/license, managing discrepancies and preparing related reporting - Analyzing operational KPIs (lead time, cost-to-serve, returns, efficiency) and supporting decision-makers - Monitoring and controlling intercompany flows and their financial impact - Analyzing and reporting monthly costs, transportation, and services - Analyzing, reconciling, and valuing warehouses (obsolescence, inventories, write-off) - Participating in quarterly company closures and preparing supporting documentation - Calculating margins for brands/channels and updating the profitability model (P&L per brand) - Participating in budget and forecast processes, analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective actions - Implementing process improvements and reporting system automation (quality of data) The ideal candidate has at least 2/3 years of experience in controlling/finance roles, preferably in fashion companies or international realities. Additionally: - Bachelor's degree in economics - Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel and PowerPoint - Fluent English, written and spoken - Precision, attention to detail, respect for deadlines - Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and proactivity - Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) would be a plus A historic and recognized international reality operating in the fashion and clothing sector, with brands in distribution and licensing, characterized by a dynamic, innovative, and strongly growth-oriented context.
