Junior Controller

Bottega SpA is a family-owned company that boasts a history of over 4 centuries in grape cultivation. It produces sparkling wines, still wines, grappas, liqueurs, and distillates. Made with artisanal care, our products are made with unique ingredients and reflect our constant attention to quality and sustainability. For the Controlling area, we are looking for a Junior Controller. The figure will respond to the Management Control Manager and support the team in the following activities: Analysis of financial statements; preparation of reports on production costs, sales, and profits; monitoring of inventory levels and cash flow; identification of trends and anomalies; development of recommendations for process improvements. The ideal candidate should have a degree in economics or accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in controlling or finance. Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is an asset. The Junior Controller will work closely with the Management Control Manager to develop and implement control procedures, monitor and analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for process improvements. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have strong analytical skills, and be proficient in MS Office.
