What will be your main deliverables?

• Structuring contracts for company solutions;
• SUPPORTING the commercial area, participating in contract negotiations, in Portuguese or English;
• SUPPORTING operational areas, solving doubts, conducting training;
• Structuring legal opinions.

How will your day-to-day be?

• You will have contact with the responsible areas for company solutions to understand their needs and develop contracts;
• You will have direct contact with the commercial area, solving doubts and contributing to negotiations;
• You will perform risk assessments and point out alternatives;
• Organization, communication, and teamwork will be very important in your routine: you must ensure the fulfillment of combined SLAs with clients. A fluid, direct, open communication will be essential for understanding legal aspects. You will work with people from diverse teams and formations.
