Junior Content & Social Media Manager

Tasks

• You create and manage our newsletter New Work Weekly. For this, you research the topics and write the issues. You are also jointly responsible for its content development.
• You create social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn, finding the right tone for our channels. You also develop your own formats.
• You are jointly responsible for editing and publishing our podcasts Unboxing New Work and Kill Meetings.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in content or social media, e.g., from internships, working student jobs, or personal projects
• You know how campaigns and content perform on social media, and reach, hooks, and formats are not foreign words to you
• You have planned, produced, and published your own content in the past – including newsletter texts that are actually opened
• You are able to independently translate complex topics into understandable content, whether as a post or an email
• You write so well that people want to click through your text even on dry topics – in the caption as well as in the subject line
• You are familiar with the peculiarities of a small, fast-growing team and can get started independently even with little direction
• You work independently and actively get all the information you need from the team
• Your familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn & Co. is a given. Experience with Mailchimp or Klaviyo would be a big plus. Can you even edit and voice Reels yourself? That’s an extra big plus.
