Junior Content Marketing Manager/in (w/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer, getolo, Germany's InsurTech #1, and build modern, data-driven marketing for our brands petolo, dentolo, and vitolo. To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Junior Content Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d) with a focus on Performance Content / Ad Content and CRM Content in full-time (40 hours per week).

This is a hybrid role with a primary work location in our Berlin office in the Chausseestraße.

Your role in the team

You have a knack for strong hooks, clear CTAs, and want to see how your texts generate real business impact? You want to learn how content works along the entire customer journey – from the first ad to the email in the inbox? Then you're exactly right with us.

As a Junior Content Marketing Manager:in, you will work hands-on on performance-oriented content for our Paid- and CRM-channels. You are close to numbers, tests, and learnings and develop yourself step by step into a fixed part of the content team.

You will work closely with __Performance Marketing, CRM / Lead Nurturing, Creative / Design, Brand, and Growth__ together, test new content approaches, use modern tools (including AI) and bring ideas quickly to life.

Your tasks

• Content creation for performance-based content, especially for

• Paid Social Ads

• Google Ads / SEA

• Native Advertising

• Creation and further development of CRM- & E-Mail-content, z. B.

• Welcome- and Onboarding-Strecken

• Existing customer- and upsell-communication

• Reactivation- and campaign emails

• Processing incoming content requests for performance- and CRM-channels in close coordination with other teams

• Support in conceiving, creating, and optimizing offer pages and other conversion-oriented content

• Proofreading and quality assurance of all texts according to tone of voice and brand guidelines

• Close cooperation with Creative-, Growth- and Performance-teams to quickly test and implement new ideas

• Proactive use of AI-content tools and participation in the further development of processes (e.g. custom GPTs for performance purposes)

• Support in performance tracking (e.g. CTR, conversion rates, open rates) and derivation of optimization potential

• Observation of trends, competitors, and best practices in performance- and CRM-marketing

• Review, maintenance, and response to written comments under ads on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as the creation of a positive and informative environment for (potential) customers.

Requirements

What you should bring

Must-have

• Lots of enthusiasm for content marketing, performance marketing, and data-driven communication
• Very good written expression in German (C1 - C2) and secure English skills
• First practical experience in the field of content, performance marketing, CRM, or online marketing (e.g. through internships, practice, or entry-level positions)
• Good understanding of how texts work for performance-oriented channels (Social Ads, Google Ads, Native, E-Mail)
• Interest in KPIs, tests, and optimization – you want to understand why content works
• Structured, reliable work style and joy in teamwork
• Openness to feedback and willingness to develop professionally and personally

Nice-to-have

• First experience with AI tools for content creation
• Interest in digital business models and willingness to get involved in insurance topics

Education / Background

• Completed studies or training in the field of marketing, communication, media, journalism, or comparable or a convincing practice background
