Aufgaben

As Junior Content Creator, you will be at the heart of our communication.

You will build the voice, storytelling, and trust around Salfy - with high-quality content that:

• excites customers,
• sells supports,
• builds reach,
• and establishes us as a thought leader in the field of employee benefits.

You will work closely with management, sales, and marketing.

Content Production (Main Focus):

• Writing of magazine articles (topics: Benefits, HR, Tax, modern working world)
• Creating use cases / case studies
• Writing and designing social media posts (LinkedIn focus)

Sales Support:

• Creation of pitch materials, presentations & one-pagers
• Presentation of stories for outbound campaigns and email sequences

Marketing & Communication:

• Email newsletter (monthly)
• Website text (landing pages, blog)
• Research on HR/ tax/ benefit backgrounds
• Micro-content for paid ads (hooks, copy, headlines)
• Internal/external company communication

You don't have to be perfect - what's important is that you love writing and can learn quickly.

Qualification

Passion for writing, content & storytelling

Very strong expression in German

You already have one to three years of experience in creating content and company communication, preferably in the SaaS environment.

Interest in HR topics, modern working world or tax topics (can be learned)

Creativity, structured work style, and reliability

Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn, newsletter tools, Canva, Figma, or WordPress
