(Junior) Content Manager (m/w/d) - Physiotherapy / Digital Health

We are looking for an enthusiastic content creator to join our team and contribute to the growth of a leading digital health startup! 🚀

PHYSIOFIT is an app for digital therapy support in physiotherapy, as the first and only one fully covered by all German insurance companies.

In this role, you will build our content engine from scratch and support the development of our social media and content activities from day one.

Aufgaben

As (Junior) Content Manager (m/w/d) in the field of physiotherapy / digital health, you will support the planning and implementation of all our social media and content activities and continuously develop them further.

Your main tasks at a glance:

• Video Content Creation: You will develop creative content ideas for short-form videos and implement them (concept, filming & editing), primarily for Instagram and TikTok. Ideally, you'll also be comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Static Posts & Creatives: You will create appealing static posts and performance creatives for our organic and paid channels (Meta & LinkedIn).
• Copywriting: You will write concise texts for posts, develop newsletter and email campaigns, and write informative blog articles on physiotherapy, training, and digital therapy support.
• Webinars: You will support the planning and content preparation of webinars, including presentation creation and potential co-moderation.
• Content Repurposing: You will ensure that our content is maximally utilized, for example by converting webinar content into reels or translating blog articles into LinkedIn posts.
• Insights & Reporting: You will analyze fundamental KPIs such as community engagement, views, and conversions, derive learnings, and support the further development of our content strategy.

Qualifikation

• Strong sense for social media & trends: You understand what kind of content hooks people in the first seconds (Shares, Comments, Saves) and builds organic reach. You're always up-to-date with the latest TikTok and Reel trends.
• Kreativität und Leidenschaft für Content: From statics to videos to blog articles – you have fun developing content that reaches people and delivers real value.
• High learning readiness, self-initiative, and pragmatic approach: You want to develop yourself quickly and take on responsibility step by step.
• Videobearbeitung und Grafikerstellung: Familiarity with a video editing tool of your choice (e.g. CapCut) for short-form videos and Canva for creating statics and creatives.
• Basic understanding of performance & numbers: You're interested in understanding why content works – and why not.
• Interest in health & physiotherapy: Ideally, you bring a background in physiotherapy, sports science, or a related field – that's a plus, but not a must. What's important is that you're enthusiastic about health and therapy topics.
• SEO- und CMS-Erfahrung (e.g. WordPress) are a further plus.
