• Content creation & strategy: You will develop texts and videos for websites, blogs, landing pages, and digital channels that not only sound good but also perform well.
• Development and implementation of digital campaigns: You will develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns along the entire customer journey - data-driven, creative, and effective, to effectively address our target groups.
• Performance marketing ownership: You will steer and optimize our performance marketing funnel across various platforms and maximize conversion rates.
• Growth marketing: You will identify growth opportunities and set scalable growth strategies in place to achieve sustainable company growth.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will work closely with our experts and use modern technology and AI to create strong creatives, landing pages, and content together, to develop high-quality and targeted content.

Qualification

• Experience: You have 1-4 years of practical experience in marketing, ideally with the implementation of online marketing campaigns actively supported and involved.
• Passion: You are passionate about exactly this job! You have a strong personal motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Startup responsibility: You have taken on responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You have tackled things without hesitation, been result-oriented, and quickly implemented.
