Your Mission

You are the voice and eye of our brand. You have no taste for watered-down standard content, but you're eager to translate our values into text and design.

• Content with attitude: You write newsletters and blog articles that really say something. You explain complex topics simply and honestly. SEO-optimized, but always with a focus on the added value for parents.
• Design & Creation: You think not just in words, but also in images. You design visuals, layouts, and small illustrations that optically underscore our clear edge. From meta-ad to web page asset.
• Ai as smarter Co-Pilot: You're an AI native. You use tools like Gemini, Claude, Langdock or Midjourney to accelerate your processes and become even more creative.
• Channel Allrounder: Whether a snappy ad or a profound article – you know how to prepare our message for the respective format.

• You love straightforward text: You write directly, approachably, and without inflated phrases. You can embody our honest style and have no fear of transparency.
• Creative Multitalent: You have a knack for design (Canva, Adobe Suite etc.) and enjoy bringing texts to life visually.
• Ai Expertise: You know the latest AI workflows for text and image and use them safely, without losing sight of SEO relevance or quality.
• Self-Starter: You're eager for the dynamics of a young, rapidly growing, internationally active company, work independently, and bring your own ideas proactively into play.
