Junior Consultant – Sales & Recruiting in One Role (m/f/d)

Your exciting tasks as a Junior Consultant (m/f/d):

Sales – you win the projects:

• You will actively contact potential new clients by phone and direct outreach, generating interest in our digital recruiting solutions.
• You will analyze companies' recruiting challenges, identify specific areas for action, and develop customized strategies.
• You will present your solutions persuasively and guide the process through to closing.

Recruiting – you implement them:

• After contract signing, you will manage the project independently – from campaign planning to successful placement.
• You will coordinate incoming applications, pre-qualify candidates, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

Your Foundation:

• You will cleanly document your activities in the CRM, keep an eye on your pipeline, and work towards your KPIs in a goal-oriented manner.
• You will collaborate closely with marketing and management, contributing ideas for optimizing our processes.

What you ideally bring with you

• Sales Affinity: You enjoy acquisition and want to actively win new clients – by phone, video call, or in person.
• Consulting Understanding: You recognize potential, ask the right questions, and present solutions in a structured manner.
• People Skills: You understand both the company's and the applicant's perspective.
• Initiative & Drive: You work independently, stay persistent even after a "no," and aim to achieve above-average results.
• Important: Whether it's a degree, apprenticeship, or a career change with sales experience – we're not interested in your resume, but in your drive. Prior recruiting experience is a plus, not a requirement – we'll teach you the trade.
