PM & Partner Marketing Consulting GmbH (PM&P) is a 1974-founded, independent consulting firm with its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. Our clients include public organizations, medium-sized companies, and international corporations.

A significant focus of our consulting services is economic development consulting. We support locations in the USA and Europe in attracting foreign companies to settle there. Additionally, we accompany North American companies in establishing business relationships in Europe.

In this context, we are looking for a Junior Consultant Standortmarketing (m/w/d) with an interest in marketing consulting and the specific field of standortmarketing at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

Your tasks will include:

• Eigenständige Verantwortung für Projekte im Bereich Standortmarketing (Projektmanagement)
• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Klientenbeziehungen, national und international
• Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption von Marketingprogrammen und bei der Erstellung von Angeboten für unsere Klienten
• Sukzessive Übernahme eigenständiger Beratungstätigkeit mit strategischen und analytischen Inhalten
• Teilnahme an Prozessen zur inhaltlichen Weiterentwicklung des Beratungs- und Serviceangebots von PM&P
• Vorbereitung und Qualifizierung für die nächsten Karrierestufen: Consultant, Senior Consultant und Partner

You will receive a thorough induction before you start working independently. The workplace is our office in the business district of Niederrad, which is easily accessible by public transportation.

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• You hold an academic degree with international orientation and have an interest in economic developments as well as a good understanding of these.
• German language skills at C2 level, as well as very good English language skills (at least C1) in writing and speaking are essential for this position; additional foreign language skills are advantageous.
• You fit in with us if you are communicative and self-assured. We also value a friendly demeanor, absolute reliability, and a meticulous work ethic.
• First professional experience in consulting, marketing, or economic development, e.g., through internships.
• You are willing to undertake occasional business trips within Europe and possess an ideal driving license of class B.
• Good MS-Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) complete your profile.
