Your Tasks

As a Junior Consultant (m/f/d), particularly in the areas of Restructuring and Turnaround Management at bachert&partner, you will work on issues that are crucial for the success of medium-sized companies. Along the value chain, you will solve tasks together with a project team at the client's site. You will create corporate strategies, optimize processes, analyze markets, design and give presentations. Furthermore, you will support the subsequent implementation of the strategies on-site. Through intensive "on-the-job" training, you will go through a steep learning curve and quickly take on responsibility. bachert&partner offers you the opportunity to directly advise entrepreneurs and top management, thus helping to shape far-reaching changes.

Your Profile

• Excellent Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Business Law
• Ideally, first professional experience in the manufacturing industry or a consulting firm
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as creativity
• High team and communication skills, initiative, and resilience
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as proficiency in common Office tools
• Willingness to travel
