We are looking for a Junior Consultant Projektmanager Innovation & Strategie (m/w/d) to join the MASCHINENRAUM, the ecosystem for German Mittelstand companies!

The Maschinenraum is the shared innovation ecosystem of German Mittelstands- and family-owned businesses, working together to better understand and shape future themes. Together with our member companies, we drive the transformation of organizations through the sharing of experiences, knowledge, skills, and resources systematically forward. The Maschinenraum is a neutral platform for the Mittelstand by the Mittelstand with more than 70 family-owned businesses.

The Maschinenraum Advisory is an important pillar of our company. As a small experienced team, together with our expert network, we accompany our member companies in terms of innovation, transformation, and strategy themes. This includes, for example, developing new business models, training on strategic foresight, sustainability initiatives in the Mittelstand, or go-to-market strategies for digital products. Additionally, we conceptualize and accompany so-called Co-Creation Programs, where selected member companies develop solutions for current challenges together.

What you will achieve

As a Consultant (m/w/d), you will develop and accompany projects that we implement together with the Mittelstands- and family-owned businesses, as well as internal projects that further develop our company's strategy and orientation.

This means specifically:

• Project management in the areas of innovation, strategy, transformation, and Co-Creation
• Accompanying the entire project cycle: from inquiry and project planning to implementation and preparation of workshops and projects, including stakeholder management
• Responsibility for the further development of our team operations and internal processes
• Preliminary work and implementation of workshops and meetings
• Independent research, analysis, and creation of materials
• Ongoing participation in the further development of our offer and the company's overall strategy
