Junior Consultant Operational AI / AI Engineering (m/w/d)

We are a company that specializes in Operational AI and AI Engineering. Our goal is to help businesses make better decisions by providing them with the right tools and strategies. As a Junior Consultant, you will be working closely with our experienced consultants to deliver projects that meet our clients' needs.

You will be responsible for supporting the execution of KI-readiness analyses, use-case workshops, and strategy sessions at our clients. You will also research, analyze, and prepare content for client projects, offers, and internal method development. Additionally, you will document workshop results and develop them into structured deliverables (roadmaps, concepts, action plans).

• You will take over part of a running project - for example, use-case briefs, stakeholder analyses, training materials for users.
• You will work actively with our standard products (aven8, AI Engine, NeuraPlox) and learn to effectively use them.
• You will take on first independent modules in client projects.

Qualifikation

What you bring:

Pflicht

- Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, business administration, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- First practical experience through internships, work-study programs, or junior positions, preferably with consulting or AI-related projects
- Solid technical understanding: You don't have to be a machine learning engineer, but you should understand how LLMs function, what RAG means, what an API is, and why cloud is not the same as cloud
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Good written communication skills. Who can structure problems can also make them understandable in a document

Plus

- First experience with GenAI tools, Python basics, n8n or similar automation tools, Claude Code
- Experience with workshop moderation, even in a student context
- Understanding of change processes and adult education
- Affinity for the German Mittelstand. You don't feel too fine for family-owned businesses, service providers, or social organizations
