We decided to found SpotOn in 2026. We are a young, dynamic company that specializes in supporting companies of all sizes around the world in growing and finding the right people. Our focus lies on the fields of Construction, Handwerk, and Engineering.

We should and will continue to grow our team – therefore I am looking for a Consultant in Cologne (with the option for remote work at a later time). Whether you have already gained some professional experience or simply decided that you want more than the rest – that's not a priority right now.

Aufgaben

The job as Consultant with us looks roughly like this:

• Account Management & Sales: You will learn how to establish customer contact from scratch – Cold Calling, Networking, but also maintaining existing customer relationships are part of your area.
• Recruiting: You will learn the HR side of consulting: Interviews, Assessments, Profiling, and advisory conversations.
• Project Management: You will work 360 degrees – that means you will take over the overall responsibility for your projects (as soon as you're ready). You will manage both customers and candidates and create the perfect match at the end.
