To support our team, we are continuously looking for imaginative and ambitious interns (m/f/d) in consulting who want to start their careers with OSCAR.
To support our consulting projects, you will take on the following tasks:
- Independent preparation and moderation of workshops
- Conducting interviews and accompanying work with relevant stakeholders
- Translating results into action recommendations
- Summarizing findings in meaningful result documents
- Implementation of action recommendations and ensuring their sustainable anchoring within the company
- Informing the project steering committee about the current project progress
- Accompanying change management to involve stakeholders in the project, communicate new ways of working, and implement pilot projects
- Operational support in selected (sub) projects
Your
Profile
- Completed studies or at least 5th semester of a business-related field
- Interdisciplinary studies with a focus or independent further education in the business administration field
- High degree of responsibility
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong self-motivation
- Very good German language skills (level C1)
- Openness to AI-supported working methods as well as motivation to work with AI-integrated processes and further develop them
