Junior Consultant (m/f/d) Digitalization in SMEs

As an Innovation Manager and Consultant, you will drive the continuous improvement of our clients' business processes – with a clear focus on digitalization and the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence.

Tasks

• Analysis of existing business processes regarding efficiency, digitalization potential, and automation opportunities

• Consulting on the development and implementation of lean, effective processes

• Identification, evaluation, and integration of AI technologies into operational and strategic company processes

• Selection and implementation of efficient software solutions to support business areas

• Project management of innovation projects from idea to implementation

• Conducting training sessions on acceptance and competence in dealing with AI

• Monitoring of trends and technologies in the fields of AI, automation, and process management

Qualification

• Experience in IT, automation, AI, or comparable fields – career changers welcome

• Knowledge of AI technologies, automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make, and digital platforms

• Experience in implementing innovation processes

• Initial experience in project management

• Analytical thinking skills, high IT affinity, and strategic understanding

• German language skills (minimum C1 language level)
