Junior Consultant (m/w/d) Digitalization in SMEs

As Innovation Manager and Consultant, you drive the continuous improvement of our customers' business processes forward – with a clear focus on digitalization and the strategic use of artificial intelligence.

Tasks

• Analyze existing business processes regarding efficiency, digitalization potential, and automation possibilities
• Counseling in the development and implementation of leaner, more effective processes
• Identification, evaluation, and integration of KI technologies into operational and strategic corporate processes
• Selection and introduction of efficient software solutions to support business areas
• Project management of innovation projects from idea to implementation
• Conducting training sessions for acceptance and competence in dealing with KI
• Monitoring trends and technologies in the field of KI, automation, and process management

Qualification

• Experience in IT, automation, KI, or comparable fields - lateral entrants welcome
• Experience in implementing innovation processes
• First experience in leading projects
• Knowledge of KI technologies, automation tools, and digital platforms
• Analytical thinking, high IT affinity, and strategic understanding
• German language skills (minimum C1 language level)
