Junior Consultant (m/w/d) Digitalization in HR / Personnel

The 9toThrive GmbH advises and supports companies in digitalizing their HR processes and integrating and optimizing HR software. As a modern startup with concentrated expertise in IT consulting and HR transformation, we make personnel departments fit for the future.

Tasks

• You will oversee customer projects for implementing HR systems — from kick-off to go-live
• You will analyze customer requirements and translate them into feasible solution concepts
• You will configure the HR software according to the professional requirements of our customers
• You will moderate customer workshops, train key users, and accompany them in the change process
• You will be the first point of contact for your customers throughout the entire project period
• You will work closely with our senior consultants and grow with each project

Qualification

• A completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on personnel, psychology or comparable — motivated individuals from other fields with relevant experience are also welcome
• First professional experience in HR-, IT- or consulting-related fields (e.g., through internships, work-study programs or junior positions) are a plus
• Passion for HR topics, digitalization and software implementation
• Structured, self-responsible working style and willingness to take responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and joy in direct customer contact
• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
