Tasks

• Assist companies in filling vacant positions in the Tech department and accompany candidates in their next career step.
• You will become a sales expert. You'll learn how to acquire new customers, build lasting customer relationships, and convince them of your services, so you can be a respected point of contact for your customers.
• You develop a deep understanding of the personnel needs of your customers to optimize their staffing.
• You take over research, identification, and direct approach of potential candidates from the Tech sector, such as IT and data specialists, as well as IT sales and online marketing experts from various industries and companies.
• You qualify suitable candidates through interviews and coach them for job interviews.
• You are responsible for process management and accompaniment of candidates during the selection processes.
• You can develop yourself into a leader or expert in your field.
