2B Advice is a specialized software and consulting company for data protection, compliance, and integrated risk management. We support companies in implementing regulatory requirements in a structured, digital, and practical way. As a Junior Consultant, you will support our consulting team on customer projects around data protection, compliance, information security, and AI governance. You will work with clear standards, modern tools, and our platform Ailance™ and learn step by step how professional consulting works in practice.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Support on customer projects and ongoing advisory services
• Maintenance, structuring, and preparation of data protection and compliance information
• Participation in processing registers, data protection documentation, guidelines, and process descriptions
• Support on topics such as GDPR, compliance, information security, AI governance, and IRM
• Use of templates, checklists, Ailance™, and internal standards
• Preliminary preparation of work results for consultants and senior consultants
• Tracking open points and clean documentation of results

Qualification

You bring with you

• Interest in data protection, compliance, governance, information security, or digital processes
• Degree or first practical experience, e.g., in law, business law, business administration, public administration, computer science, or compliance
• Very meticulous, structured, and reliable working style
• Good written expression in German
• English skills are an advantage
• Analytical thinking and joy in structuring complex topics
• Readiness to consistently implement standards, processes, and feedback
• Interest in digital tools, automation, and KI-based work
