Your Tasks

The Bredehorst Clinic Medical Management GmbH - short BCMM - is a dynamic and strongly growing consulting firm with its seat in Düsseldorf. For more than 18 years, the BCMM advises national and international companies from the healthcare sector.

This includes especially hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and social service providers. We successfully lead demanding projects for our well-known clients in strategy planning, process/betriebs organization, and procurement cost optimization.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Jr. Consultant – Personalbeschaffung

• Conducting and preparing market-, trend- and competition analyses
• Support in preparing customer meetings, such as creating PowerPoint slide decks and preparing large data sets at Excel
• Support in continuously expanding our consulting services for temporary staffing
• Support in highlighting the procurement structures of our clients from the healthcare sector in the area of temporary staffing
• Support in developing innovative procurement concepts
• Support in highlighting labor law questions

Your Profile

• A successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, international business, personnel management or a comparable field of study
• First professional experience through internships or student assistant work in consulting, project management or the strategy department of a company
• Affinity for numbers and detail accuracy
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Safe handling with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English language skills
• Knowledge in the area of personnel procurement/temporary staffing is an advantage
