Job description

LHH For a client company, Investment Management active in the FER (photovoltaic, wind, and biometano) sector, we are currently looking for a Junior Construction Manager to follow greenfield and brownfield projects across all of Italy. The resource will be responsible for technical issues, asset management, and O&M of plants under construction or already installed, acting as an interface with Project Managers, suppliers, engineering companies, consultants, and the company's management. Responsibilities The figure will be involved in the following activities: - Participate in project kick-off meetings, alignments, direction, and final works; - Support supplier and contractor qualification activities involved in tenders; - Support reviewing of individual projects developed by third parties; - Coordinate operationally the team engaged on projects and related construction sites; - Monitor project planning and execution phases, coordinating any revisions in accordance with technical specifications; - Verify application of QHSE standards; - Write periodic reports on project activity advancement; - Support coordination of activities performed by involved companies; - Support verification of correct procedure application; - Support monitoring of work progress under technical and financial aspects; - Support budget control for project expenses. Profile Candidates with the following requirements (insert hard skills) will be considered: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Energy Engineering; - Previous experience on biogas/biometano plants, water treatment, blue hydrogen, Oil&Gas, industrial boilers, or geothermal power plants; - Availability for travel across the territory. #LI-GS6 "Candidates are invited to read the privacy information statement, consultable below the form of data request page (Regulation EU 2016/679).
