Junior Concierge

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Concierge to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude. * Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and events. * Assisting guests with requests such as booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and organizing excursions. * Managing guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area. * Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent guest service. Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of other languages is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. * Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
