Tasks
You want to start a career in compliance and actively contribute to the development of a strong compliance culture? Then you're exactly right with us! This position can be exercised at all our locations in Schönefeld, South Brandenburg, as well as Saxony. Our locations can be found on our homepage.
Your tasks with us:
- Support in implementing compliance guidelines: Participation in introducing, maintaining and updating internal compliance procedures and processes
- Monitoring and documentation: Contribution to controlling the observance of statutory and internal regulations, as well as maintenance of compliance documentation
- Risk recognition and prevention: Support in risk analyses, internal controls and preparatory work for audits
- Training and communication: Participation in organizing and conducting compliance training, as well as support in sensitizing employees
- Support in daily business as a first point of contact for simple compliance questions; complex topics will be forwarded to the Compliance Manager in consultation
Qualification
You bring with you:
- Degree completed, ideally in law, business administration or a comparable field of study
- Alternatively, equivalent qualification through 1-2 years of work experience in the compliance, risk or legal sector
- Basic knowledge of relevant statutory and internal compliance guidelines (e.g. labor and health protection, data protection, anti-corruption, code of conduct)
- Interest in compliance topics and a structured, meticulous working style
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- German language skills at C2 level and good English language skills (B2)
