For an internationally active financial services conglomerate with its headquarters in Cologne, I am looking for a personality who supports the operation and development of a group-wide compliance management system (CMS).

Alongside classical compliance topics, a special focus lies on the digitalization of processes, structured documentation, and modern governance tools.

Aufgaben

Further development of the compliance management system

• Support in the operation and development of the group-wide compliance management system
• Structuring and maintenance of guidelines, processes, and compliance documentation
• Support for the compliance leadership and senior compliance manager on conceptual and organizational questions

Digitalization of compliance processes

• Participation in the digitalization of compliance processes and governance structures
• Support in the development of digital workflows, documentation structures, and tracking systems
• Participation in the selection, evaluation, and implementation of new tools to support compliance processes
• Support in the further development of the system landscape in the compliance area (e.g. documentation and collaboration tools)

Monitoring, reporting, and project work

• Support in the establishment of a structured compliance reporting
• Evaluation of compliance information, risk analyses, and monitoring results
• Participation in group-wide compliance and governance projects

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Completed studies, e.g. in Economics, Law, Finance, Compliance, or Risk Management, or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the field of Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Control, or AML/CFT
• Interest in digital working methods, process automation, and modern compliance tools
• Structured, analytical working style and pleasure in documenting and further developing processes
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Safe handling of MS Office, ideally first experience with collaboration or documentation systems (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence, or comparable tools)
