Junior Compliance Analyst

Job description

This person will be responsible for facilitating legal processes and managing document validation required for Kolors and Urbvan operations to optimize processes.

Creation and/or updating of databases
Legal contract control
Receiving legal documents
File control
Implementing measures and controls to know risks timely
Administrative reports
Updating and registering information in the database
Making calls with partners and authorities
Administering administrative procedures for operations
Managing, organizing, and being responsible for vehicle and active partner files.
